Rebekah is a master at her craft. She’s an intuitive trainer with an incredible scope of expertise. In one session you could be doing a combo of HIIT, power lifting, isometrics, boxing training, yoga and pilates all custom designed to your goals and your body, and what your body is doing on a particular day. Rebekah has fixed knots and strains. She’s worked around all kinds of issues. One session she took a look at me and said, “you need to take a nap.” I did. And felt like I avoided getting sick as a result. She can do all this as easily remotely over zoom as in person. And ff ever I have to take a break (due to work) and come back, within 2-3 weeks of training I feel on top of the world. There are not enough stars to give. She’s a gem. A true intuitive and grounded expert. And a good heart on top of it all. All the props. You’re lucky you found her.

I truly can’t say enough amazing things about Rebekah. She is hands-down the best trainer I’ve ever worked with, period. I’ve worked with a number of trainers in the past, so I can say, none have ever come close to the personal attention that Rebekah brings to every session.

I initially reached out to her after having a baby because I was sort of stuck in my journey of dropping the baby weight (plus a few pandemic pounds), so I was looking for that extra little push to help kick-start the path of getting my body back.

Immediately after our first session, we sat down and went over everything - Diet, lifestyle, sensitivities, goals, etc. She really took the time to understand where I was, and what I could do to improve certain aspects of my lifestyle to help get me closer to reaching my goals. That evening I received a personalized diet & workout plan with meal suggestions and links to recipes, supplement suggestions, workout regimen ideas, and specific exercises to improve a number of issues I was having.

Here is what I’ll say about Rebekah, she is incredibly knowledgable, sweet, supportive, encouraging, accommodating, and most-importantly - She PUSHES YOU HARDDD. There’s no slacking when you workout with her (which I need). She motivates the hell out of you. We were never repetitive in our workouts which is what I found with all the other trainers I’d worked with in the past. I got bored doing the same things. She puts so much thought into designing every workout for what you need and knows the science behind the exercises. In a matter of weeks, I started feeling stronger and noticed how much more stamina I had and how my strength improved. I love love LOVE her. So to anyone nervous about starting, or returning to training -- Rebekah is the best, look no further.
